Each artwork is sold once. An order is only confirmed once payment has succeeded.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because each design is exclusive and customised by hand, orders can't be cancelled or refunded once paid.

Finished files are delivered by email within 48–72 hours (we aim for 24).
